A Cambodian woman has been arrested for allegedly attempting to murder another woman in a dispute over her Nigerian boyfriend.

Lim Sokleap, a 30-year-old casino croupier in Sihanoukville, was arrested on September 12, 2024, and taken to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court.

Authorities have identified a 27-year-old karaoke worker as the victim, who has not been named, in the Phnom Penh Thmey commune of Sen Sok district.
