A woman in a viral video has been tied to a chair at a Top View hotel in Abuja, Nigeria, after being allegedly robbed by a suspected fraudster, Joseph Efe.
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) FCT Command paraded Efe on September 20.
Efe, who specializes in luring women on dating sites called ‘coded runs’, met the victim on a ‘h00kup site’ before inviting her to the hotel.
