The police, on Thursday, arraigned a 27-year-old man, Yusuf Ali, over alleged stealing of motorcycle and breach of peace.
The defendant, of no fixed address, was arraigned before an Ado-Ekiti Chief Magistrates’ Court on a two-count charge of stealing and breach of peace.
The prosecutor, Insp Akinwale Oriyomi, told the court that the defendant and others at large committed the offence on Sept.10 at about 10:00 a.m at Irona Area in Ado-Ekiti.
