A disturbing incident occurred in the Ipaja Ayobo area of Lagos yesterday morning when a man was allegedly chased by police officers in mufti, leading him to fall into a canal.
The man, currently unconscious at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), was reportedly pursued after officers accused him of being a “yahoo boy” due to his tattoos.
