The National Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission (N-HYPPADEC) has concluded plans to distribute starter packs to 5,000 youths who graduated from its Youth Transformation Programme (YTP) after some delays.

The head, press and public affairs of the commission, Nura Tanko Wakili,  said in Minna yesterday that the youths had satisfied all requirements outlined for the programme.

The managing director of the commission, Abubakar Sadiq Yelwa, had  been criticised by some youths from Niger State who underwent  training but were yet to collect their starter pack…
