A KILLER tortured a man for two days in his flat and attacked him with a hammer before his victim jumped to his death from a twelfth-floor window in a bid to escape, a court was told.

Jamie Forbes died just hours after cops were called to the high-rise block in Aberdeen in January after neighbours heard his panicked screams for help and saw him at the window with his face “covered in blood.”
