THE first of two long-delayed ferries is set to finally enter service in January next year – nearly a DECADE after being ordered.

Officials have granted regulatory approval for MV Glen Sannox, a dual-fuel vessel which was due to be delivered in 2018 but has been hit by several delays and spiralling costs.
