The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has distanced itself from a sit-at-home declared to hold in the southeast states on October 21 and 22 and urged residents to ignore it.
IPOB said it knows nothing about the declaration and labelled it as illegal.
Henzodaily recalls an unidentified man in a viral video had declared a sit-at-home in Enugu State and other southeast states on Monday, 21, and Tuesday, 22, October 2024.
The man told residents to stay indoors on the mentioned dates, claiming that they would be launching Biafran armoured vehicles.
