A Federal High Court sitting in Zamfara on Tuesday, declined a motion ex-parte seeking to, among others restrain the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Executive Committee (NEC) from postponing its meeting already scheduled to hold on Thursday, 24th October, 2024.

The request was declined by Justice Salim Ibrahim, who presided over the case.

The Court also adjourned further hearing on the case to October 25.
