Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has commenced the construction of a 20km storm drainage project to solve the huge flooding challenge in Osubi, Ugolo-Okpe, Okuokoko and environs in Okpe Local Government Area of the state.
