Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has given the go-ahead for the building of a state-of-the-art psychiatric hospital in Obi Akpor Local Government Area which happens to be Nyesom Wike, Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), his estranged godfather‘a LGA.
Fubara claimed that he’s building the psychiatric hospital because the people of that area will need it soon.
