The Katsina State Police Command on Thursday rescued a 26-year-old man, Mubarak Haruna who was kidnapped in Jibia Local Government Area of the state.

 ASP Abubakar Sadiq Aliyu, the spokesperson of the command in a statement, said the victim Haruna, was abducted a month ago while travelling in a commercial vehicle along the Katsina to Magamar Jibia road.
