In Anambra state, a man and his salesgirl-turned-wife havve been apprehended by the police for starving his children after their mother left the marriage.

The children, five boys, allegedly eat raw rice and are fed their first and sometimes, only meal by 12 noon. The man’s oldest son works in his father‘s block industry and is hardly paid.
