The All Progressives Congress, APC in Oyo State on Monday announced Mr Moshood Olayide-Abas as its Acting Chairman to fill the vacuum created by the late Isaac Omodewu‘s demise.
Olayide-Abas, until his announcement as the acting chairman, was the Deputy State Chairman of the party.
The new acting chairman and late Omodewu, alongside other members of the APC State Executive Committee, SEC, were elected during the party’s last state congress held in October 2021.
