Former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Kingsley Moghalu, said there is no other way to fight terrorism than to prevent it and defeat it.
Moghalu argued that “the mind of the terrorist has little room or possibility for reason or genuine repentance.”
