Chijioke Ihunwo, the former Caretaker Committee Chairman of Obio/Akpor LGA and the APP chairmanship candidate, has described former Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike as a disgrace to both Obio/Akpor and the Ikwerre nation as a whole.
