Bundesliga outfit Werder Bremen are plotting a move for Ajax forward, Chuba Akpom.
The Green and White, according to Sport will move for the former Arsenal player when the transfer window reopens in January.
Bremen want to take Akpom on-loan with the option to sign him permanently in June.
